Cranfield Space Program

Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 June 2026

These terms cover your use of the Cranfield Space Program (the “app”), a not-for-profit app for residents of the Rectory Gardens estate in Cranfield. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

The app is invite-only and intended for adult residents of the estate. You may join if you have a valid invite, and you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and your house details accurate.

Being a good neighbour

Bin-space info is best-effort

Bin availability is shared by neighbours and is provided as a helpful guide only. We can’t guarantee it’s accurate or up to date. Use your own judgement, and don’t overfill bins. We’re not responsible for bin contents, missed or refused collections, contamination, council charges, or any disputes between residents.

Content you post

You’re responsible for what you post (such as notes on your bins). By posting, you allow the app to display it to other residents according to your chosen visibility settings.

Availability

The app is provided “as is”, with no warranties. It’s a hobby/community project — we may change, suspend or discontinue it, and it may have downtime or bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Removing your account

You can ask us to remove your account at any time by emailing michael@workdesk.pro. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or misuse the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
